Where do the companies come from?
From your CRM, or from a file you upload. Mach researches the companies you bring. It does not sell lists of companies.
Can I check and correct the research?
Yes. Open the source to read the words behind a fact. If the fact is wrong, fix it. Mach keeps the first version and every change.
What do the fit and intent scores mean?
Both run from 0 to 100. Fit compares the company with the ICPs in your Brain. Intent uses dated signs of a possible need. Neither proves a budget or a decision. The brief also gives the reasons against.
Does Mach show who makes the buying decision?
Mach names someone for each part of the decision. That means who holds the budget, who wants it and who checks the details. Each name has a source. You accept each one, because a job title alone does not prove who signs.
Does research use up my plan?
Each company researched counts toward your plan's monthly number. Research runs only when you ask, and you see what it will use first. Opening saved research does not count.
Does Mach send the email for me?
Yes. The email goes from a sending domain Mach sets up for you. The LinkedIn message goes from your own account. You approve each one, until you let a campaign send on its own.
