Short answer
Artisan's Ava is an AI BDR that finds leads in its own contact database and sends on its own by default. Mach researches the companies you bring, shows a source for every fact and asks you to approve each message by default. Choose Artisan if you need a contact database, and Mach if you know your accounts and want to check each fact and message.

Where Artisan is stronger
- It has its own contact database. If you need new companies to write to, Artisan can find them. Mach can't.
- It states a SOC 2 Type II certification and offers SSO.
- It offers a dialer for your reps inside the product.
- It's a larger company, with customer stories on its site.
Where Mach is stronger
- Every fact has a source. You can open the page and read the words behind it before anything goes out.
- You approve each message by default. Giving Mach more room is your choice, step by step.
- Mach publishes its price, so you know the cost before you talk to anyone.
- It learns your business first. The Brain holds what you sell, the pain points it solves, your ICPs and your case studies.
- Scores you can check. A fixed formula sets fit and intent. The AI doesn't pick the number.
- Mach also writes on WhatsApp, beside email and LinkedIn.
Which one to choose
Choose Artisan if your main problem is finding people to write to, and you're happy for the AI to send on its own.
Choose Mach if you already have accounts in your CRM or a list. It suits teams that want to check every fact and approve every message before it goes out in their name.
